We have two hotel options available for attendees this year:

The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid 

Option 1 - Conference Venue

The KnowledgeNow Conference will take place at The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.

Accommodation for the conference is available at The Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.  Apax has negotiated a preferred room rate of €625.00 + VAT per room per night.  Breakfast will be provided in the event space each morning.  This rate is available on a first come, first served basis until Friday, September 16th, 2022.  After this date, all reservations will be subject to hotel availability and this rate is not guaranteed.

Please note that conference attendees are responsible for their own accommodation and will present their credit cards at check-in.

Hotel room reservations can be secured during the registration process for the event.

The Gran Hotel Ingles

Option 2 - Boutique Hotel Option

The Hotel Gran Ingles is within 4 min walking distance to The Four Seasons Hotel.

Accomodation for the conference is also available at the Hotel Gran Ingles.  Apax has negotiated a preferred room rate of €450 inclusive of VAT + breakfast per room per night. This rate is available on a first come, first served basis until Friday, 9th September 2022. After this date, all reservations will be subject to hotel availability and this rate is not guaranteed.
